Excellent service and Caring Staff.Especially Miss Aisha Lama and the night Staff the guy was so Kind keen to Help. Housekeeping Staff Brilliant especially their Head Mr Twan.I would like Thank Mr Tariq Manager from Restaurant who understand my Order and did his best to Service. Rooms are Top Class clean and Luxurious feelings.Bath Room Kit has variety and quality. Iron Prayer Mat and more Tea Kit also there. For Hotels Facilities and Luxurious Protokol is because of Hotel Management.I would like especially Thanks to its Management for such Protocol. For Me distance doesn't matter even Hotel has Bus shuttle service but Taxi was not costly for me to go Harram in emergency just 5 Rials and you are in Haram.I will come again Insha Allah with my family and will recommend this Hotel in Germany to Friends and family Friends.

The room very nice, breakfast is good, stuff is smiley and friendly, and there is bus to go to Haram
